You will enjoy the tastefully appointed decor and furniture, large, comfy beds, and couches. Remodeled, and fully stocked, you will quickly fall in love with the kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The backyard has new turf, a heated pool*, a large outdoor dining table, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit for a lovely Arizona afternoon of rest & relaxation.

• Located in a quiet residential neighborhood
• 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, close to shopping, dining, and nightlife!

Kitchen:

• Fully stocked with everything you need to come right in and start cooking
• Utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, a knife set and all the cookware you need to start cooking your favorite meal for you and your guests
• Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods

Living Space:

• Designed for comfort and entertaining
• Open-concept kitchen and living room, great for cooking and hanging out with your friends and family
• 2 smart TVs with Netflix available for your streaming located in the living room and the master bedroom. 

Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a king-sized bed memory foam mattress. Smart TV. 
• Bedroom 2: Guest bedroom, queen-sized memory foam beds. 
• Bedroom 3: Guest bedroom, 2 XL twin-sized memory foam beds.
